On the 18th May 2023, LED Industrial Lighting Company Ltd attended the annual Energy Efficiency Awards SW 2023, held at Sandy Park in Exeter.
LILC were nominated in the Small Projects (<£250,000) category for the Hazardous Area LED lighting at Bristol Port Bulk Grain Terminal in Portbury Docks, and scooped up the winners award on the night. The project replaced existing 1000W sodium floodlights with 212W Dialight Safesite LED High Bays mounted at high level over the grain pens.
This project forms part of The Bristol Port Company “Green Plan” and vision for sustainable development. Our thanks go to Lucy Ellis @ The Bristol Port Company and to the team @ CBES Group, who did a superb job in installing the lights in a very challenging environment.
